Friday evening zazen sessions, Saturday zazen sessions, and Sunday Dharma talk meetings (scheduled to begin in 2025) are held.

Every Saturday morning, except February and August, from 8:00 a.m., zazen (two 30-minute sessions), kyoseki, calligraphy, tea ceremony, and cleaning are held.

For First Time Users
Please arrive no later than 7:30 a.m. for a 30-minute orientation before the start of the program so that first-time participants can feel at ease.
Please wear comfortable, relaxed clothing. There is nothing in particular that you need to bring.
After the zazen session, there will be time for questions and exchange of ideas, so please feel free to ask any questions you may have.

The third Wednesday through Sunday of each month is designated as the sesshin period, during which time the participants stay overnight and engage in ascetic practice.
On weekdays, participants are required to go out from the dojo to their respective workplaces. This is mainly for those who have been given a koan, but other people are also welcome to participate. Partial participation is also possible, so please consult with us.


Once a month, on a Sunday.
A brief zazen instruction, Dharma talk by the master, and tea ceremony will start your activities of the week.
On Sunday mornings at the beginning of the week, why not refresh your mind and body with light zazen and a Dharma talk, followed by 15 minutes of zazen and a 30-minute Zen talk by the abbot, followed by a tea party.
