Tesshu Zenkai holds zazen sessions for the general public. One of the five-day to one-week-long overnight Zen retreats (sesshin) will be open to the public as a trial day. Please join us.

The next Sunday Zen Talk will be held on May 25. Join us on Sunday mornings for light zazen and a Dharma talk to refresh your body and mind, followed by 15 minutes of zazen and a 30-minute Zen talk by the abbot, followed by a tea party. Next month's meeting is scheduled for Sunday, March 23.

Sunday, December 28th will be cancelled due to the end of the year. The next Zen talk will be held on Sunday, January 25.

There will be no zazen session on Saturday, March 22. We need to do some work at the dojo, so only samu will be available in the morning.

Zazen meeting on Saturday, July 26 will be cancelled.

The New Year (2025) zazen meetings will begin with a Friday evening zazen session on January 3 and a Saturday zazen session on January 4. We look forward to your participation.
